Our Mini Top Hat is constructed of stiffened lace, and decorated with an assortment of feathers, ribbons, jewels, and nearly anything else that will look good on a hat. It fastens to the hair by a comb in front, and a small clip in back for extra stability, and will stay in place magnificently. Since we create the lace on site, the hats can be made in any color you like, and adorned to complement.
