Notes About Special Orders
- All special orders, whether they are custom designs or custom orders of regularly stocked items, require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of order.
- In-person fittings are highly recommended for custom designs. In some instances, they will be required, depending on the design.
If you have an appointment for a fitting and need to reschedule, it is required that you contact Veronica by phone at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. - We will happily refund or exchange regularly stocked items, provided the original garment is returned with the sales receipt and in the condition in which it was received. Custom designs cannot be returned or refunded.
- Storied Threads specializes in period garments, from medieval through early 20th Century. We do not make modern clothing or cosplay wear (i.e., outfits based on comic book, cartoon, or video game characters).
